Standard canvas size will be A4 (2480px by 3508px. Can be rotated to landscape) and 300 DPI unless requested otherwise.

Provide clear references and a detailed description of your request.

I will send a sketch/WIP for approval before continuing.

Terms for Revisions
  — All major changes are only allowed during the sketch phase.
  — Only minor revisions are allowed during later stages.
  — Any major revisions or any major redraws beyond the sketch phase may incur extra fees.

Ideally, I don’t wish to accept comms with deadlines due to my being a student. However, I will accept as much as early as a 1 week notice, any less, I will not accept/can not do.

Rush fee (May also vary depending on complexity)
  — if local client, ₱250+
  — if international client, $20+

Delays may occur due to personal reasons, but I will inform you.

Final files will be sent via Google Drive and email.

ARTIST retains the following rights:
  — Full copyright over the commissioned work.
  — Rights to display the commissioned work (e.g. portfolios, social media) unless specifically requested otherwise.

CLIENT retains the following rights:
  — Any form of personal and non-commercial usage of the work.
  — Rights to display the commissioned work. (e.g. social media)

The CLIENT is forbidden from the following:
  — Claiming the artwork as your own. You must credit the artist accordingly if you are going to upload and share the commission.
  — Commercializing and monetizing the commissioned work without prior approval.
  — Editing/tracing/altering of the commissioned work without explicit permission or consent from the ARTIST
  — AI training, datasets, or machine learning
  — NFT distribution or similar technologies.

COMMERCIAL USAGE requires additional fees & must be discussed beforehand.

Required 50% upfront; the remaining will be paid after the completion of the illustration.

Strictly only accepted via GCash or PayPal

Prices are subject to change depending on complexity.

The client may cancel the commission before work has started for a full refund.

Once work has begun, refunds will depend on the amount of progress already completed.

Client-Initiated Cancellation
If the client chooses to cancel after work has started:
  — Sketch stage: up to 50–70% refund
  — Rendering stage: partial refund depending on completion
  — Near-completed or completed comms are non-refundable
  — The artist reserves the right to determine the refund amount based on work already completed.

Artist-Initiated Cancellation
If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason:
  — A full/partial refund will be issued based on progress made.
  — If no substantial progress has been completed, the client will receive a full refund.

Rush Orders
Rush fees are non-refundable once work has started, as they compensate for schedule prioritization and workload adjustments.
  — HOWEVER: If I fail to meet the agreed rush deadline due to my own circumstances, the client may request: a partial refund of the rush fee, or a proportional refund based on unfinished work.
  — This does not apply if delays are caused by:
         late responses from the client,
         unclear references,
         requested revisions,
         or unforeseen emergencies communicated in advance.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving artwork are prohibited. The artist retains the right to revoke usage rights, blacklist the client, and provide proof of transaction and work progress if necessary.
